Kamieniec Podolski

The strong city of the state of Poland and of High Polish with Title of Bishop and Palatinat,
situated on the summit of a mountain encircled by the River of Smotrycz,
and enveloped by the Rochers escarpment, having 48 degrees 45 minutes
of Latitude and 50 deg. 10 min of Longitude. This place was taken by the
Turks on Polonois, the 29 of August, 1672.
